Enclosed for your convenience is a Security Questionnaire and Transponder application form. Please fill it out and mail it in the enclosed envelope or bring it in to Desert Resort Management located at 42-635 Melanie Place, Suite B, Palm Desert CA 92211.
Your community association is a business whose sole purpose is the operation and maintenance of the common area facilities, including Security. Assessments are the only source of income to provide for the services required. Prompt payment of your monthly assessment is essential for your Association to run efficiently and accomplish its objective of protecting your investment.
You will receive a monthly statement for your assessments which are $154 per month. The Assessments for Ironwood Community Association are included in your payment to your local HOA for your convenience. Any questions regarding your account should be directed to the Accounting Department at Desert Resort Management, P.O. Box 14387, Palm Desert CA 92255-4387.
Trash at Ironwood is picked up on Thursday except during a holiday week. At that time trash is picked up a day late. Trash is to be placed in the trash closet. Trash is NOT to be placed out on the curb.
Desert Resort Management is the managing agency for your Association. As such, we have overall responsibility for the management, maintenance and operation of all common areas and community-owned facilities within the development.
